Is AgOps really free?

Yes. AgOps is free for a single user account (One person/one login). 

Can I support AgOps?

If you like the app and can afford it, we would appreciate you subscribing to just one license to help pay for the coffee. You don't need to assign this license to anyone, but it will unlock email support and, in the future additional features that will be added to the standard paid tier.


How does invoicing/billing work?

You agree to a 1-year subscription providing you and your team access to the mobile application. The cost will depend on the number of people you want to have to use the application.


If I want to reduce the number of people in my team and licenses, will I get a refund?

No. You have paid for the year upfront. If you reduce your license count before your renewal date when the subscription automatically renews, you will pay a lower cost, but we don't offer refunds.


What if I want to add more people to my account?

For each user you'd like to add to your account, we'll invoice the remaining year's balance for that license(s). e.g. If you initially subscribe to AgOps in January 2022 with four licenses and want to add a 5th license in June 2022, we will charge you for the remainder of the subscription period, which ends in January 2023, so eight months.
