Updating the AgOps mobile app

From time to time we will update the software for performance improvements, bug fixes, and enhancements. 

Sometimes the Support team will ask you to update your app.


Update your version

  1. Find AgOps in your app store
  2. Check if you have the latest version if not,
  3. Select Update


Delete the app and re-install

Sometimes we may suggest deleting the app from your phone and re-installing the app. 

Note: You will not lose all your assets and records; these are stored safely in the cloud (!), and when you install and sign in again, you will see all your data.


  1. Depending on your phone (Apple or Android) will determine how you delete the app.
  2. Go back to the app store and press install.
  3. Log in with your existing credentials.
