From time to time we will update the software for performance improvements, bug fixes, and enhancements.
Sometimes the Support team will ask you to update your app.
Update your version
- Find AgOps in your app store
- Check if you have the latest version if not,
- Select Update
Delete the app and re-install
Sometimes we may suggest deleting the app from your phone and re-installing the app.
Note: You will not lose all your assets and records; these are stored safely in the cloud (!), and when you install and sign in again, you will see all your data.
- Depending on your phone (Apple or Android) will determine how you delete the app.
- Go back to the app store and press install.
- Log in with your existing credentials.
