Inviting a new team member to your AgOps tenant

From time to time, people come and go, and you want to invite new users into your AgOps tenant* and share the machines and service history.


Prerequisites 

You cannot manage your users from within the app. You must go to your internet browser (Safari, Chrome etc.) and our management portal.


Steps


  1. Firstly sign in to manage.agopsapp.com
  2. Do you have enough licenses to invite another user?
    1. If Yes, then click the invite button and go to Step 3.
    2. If No, can you Revoke a license from an existing team member? Perhaps someone left recently.
  3. Click the Invite button at the top of the page.
  4. Enter the first name, last name, email and mobile number and then 
  5. Click Invite
  6. We will send your team member an email and a text message asking them to set up their account with a password.


That should be it, if you or your team get in trouble, log a ticket with us and we will take a look.





* We use the word tenant to reference each property in AgOps. A tenant exists per property.
