Checklists

When you service a machine, it is handy to have a checklist to remind you of the steps you want to take. It is easy on a busy working day to forget some required actions, so checklists in AgOps are there to remind you.

Each machine is given a default checklist when entered into AgOps. Saving you time and giving you something to work with immediately. A checklist is a list of steps, and nested in each step is a set of actions that could/would/should be taken. So, for example, a checklist step might be to Check Hydraulic Oil and the actions might be Inspect, Replace, and Adjust/Configure.

Think of a checklist like this.

Step - Tyres/Wheels/Tracks

    Action - Inspect

    Action - Replace

    Action - Adjust

Step - Water levels

    Action - Inspect

    Action - Replace

    Action - Adjust/Configure

  • Step - etc...

Where do Checklists present themselves?

Checklists are available when you create a new service record for a machine. Please take a look at the example screenshot from the application.

Are Checklists optional?

If you do not wish to use a Checklist for your service, toggle the Hide Checklist switch, and the checklist will hide.

How do I see the Checklist Actions?

Press and hold a Checklist Step, and the actions available for that step will slide up from the bottom.

Checklist Actions

The list of checklist actions is as follows.

  • Adjust
  • Inspect
  • Clean
  • Replace
  • Lubricate

What are the Default Checklists?

When creating a new machine AgOps looks at a list of Checklist Templates we have created and tries to match the most appropriate list. We design templates for Models, Subcategories, and Categories. Where no template exists in any of the above groups, AgOps applies a default checklist.

Feature Requests for Checklists

We recognise default checklists could be enhanced further and would love your feedback on the following. Submit a Ticket to provide your feedback on any of the following;
